The weather forecast today was bleak. When my eighth grader came in for breakfast, he couldn't figure out why it was so dark in the house. "It's raining" I told him forlornly. I knew I had a shoot this afternoon, and according to the hourly forecast, we were only going to have one rainless hour between 1:00-2:00. Our shoot was scheduled for 1:00, so I had my fingers crossed. At 12:30 I got a call requesting a later start. My afternoon was open, so I didn't have a problem with that, except for my concerns for the weather.

At 1:30 the clouds spaced out and the sun shined upon us! We had a beautiful couple of hours together to snap up this senior! I LOVE when that happens! This senior deserved a sunshine-y afternoon for her special session!
